Intelligence & Threat Assessment
Pre-operation threat intelligence, route analysis, and real-time situational awareness. Atlas integrates its OSINT and intelligence capability directly into evacuation planning — understanding the threat before the first asset moves.
Atlas operates across every major humanitarian and crisis theater on the planet. Our established vendor relationships, in-country contacts, and operational frameworks are pre-built — not improvised when the crisis begins.

What We Deliver
Atlas structures each engagement around the specific requirements of the mission — not a catalog of packaged services. Below is the range of what we can bring to bear.

Air Charter & Lift Coordination
Aircraft sourcing, contracting, and operational management through USG-vetted direct operators — not brokers. Mass evacuation flights: 100 to 400+ passengers per lift
Manifest preparation and passenger documentation
Overflight, landing permit, and airspace coordination
Fuel, ground handling, and in-country logistics
Multi-leg routing, transshipment, and capacity management
Austere airfield access via turboprop and rotary assets
Intelligence & Planning Support
Pre-operation and ongoing intelligence support for organizations planning operations in complex environments. Delivered by practitioners with real operational experience, not analysts working from a distance.
Theater threat assessments across all operational regions
Route and corridor analysis
Key actor and stakeholder mapping
Real-time situational updates during operations
Post-operation reporting and lessons learned
Organizational Readiness & Planning

Operational Infrastructure
Built on Established, Vetted Infrastructure
Atlas coordinates operations through a curated network of trusted entities, established NGOs, and specialist vendors with proven track records. We don’t build relationships when the crisis starts.
Air Operations
Charter Air Lift Network
Our primary air operations partner operates a floating fleet of charter aircraft with extensive global operating experience across humanitarian, government, and commercial missions. USG-vetted and cleared, with direct operator relationships — not broker intermediaries. Aircraft are sourced, contracted, and operationally managed by Atlas as prime, with full manifesting and documentation accountability.
Asset types span narrow-body single-aisle jets (B737, A320 family) for regional and medium-range lifts; wide-body twin-aisle aircraft (B767, B777, A330 class) for mass casualty and large-population movements; turboprops and light aircraft for austere airfield access; and rotary wing for in-theater tactical movements where fixed-wing access is restricted.
Overflight and landing permits, fuel coordination, ground handling, and in-country clearances are managed in-house — eliminating third-party delays that compromise time-sensitive operations.

Ground & Turnkey Ops
Large-Scale Ground Operations
Our primary ground and turnkey logistics partner brings organizational-scale evacuation execution capability — from small family movements to thousands of personnel — with established vehicle fleets, warehousing, and in-country staff positioned across active humanitarian corridors in MENA, Africa, and Asia.
Ground assets include armored and soft-skin vehicles across sedan, SUV, van, and bus configurations; light and heavy trucks for cargo and humanitarian supplies; and boat and maritime assets for coastal and riverine movements where road access is interdicted or impractical.
Capabilities include convoy planning and route reconnaissance; checkpoint negotiation and local liaison; safe house network management; crowd and population flow management; and last-mile delivery in environments where international logistics providers won’t operate. This partner has executed large-scale population movements under international accountability standards including UN and donor-reporting frameworks.

Why Atlas
Why Organizations Choose Atlas
01
Integrated Intelligence
Most evacuation operators move bodies. Atlas moves people with an intelligence picture attached. Our OSINT and threat analysis capability is organic to the operation — not a separate engagement you have to pay for later.
02
Global Standing Infrastructure
We don’t find vendors when the crisis starts. Our air and ground partners are pre-qualified, contracted, and operationally familiar across MENA, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. When you call, the pipeline already exists — in the theater where you need it.
03
Unified Accountability
Atlas is the prime on every operation. You deal with one team, one contract, and one point of accountability — regardless of how many vendors, countries, or legs the operation requires.
04
Scalable from One to Thousands
Individual extractions and organizational-scale evacuations are both in scope. We right-size the operation to the requirement — not the other way around.
05
Speed as a Design Principle
Our operational posture is built around fast activation. Standard timelines are compressed by standing relationships, pre-positioned documentation templates, and a team trained to prioritize expedience without cutting corners on safety.
06
Cross-Domain Integration
Evacuation doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Atlas brings cybersecurity, digital protection, OSINT, and investigative capability to bear on every engagement — because sometimes the threat that forces an evacuation also follows people out.
